Standard terms of service governing roadside assistance and vehicle transport provided by Admill Vehicles Recovery LLC.
By requesting vehicle recovery, towing, battery assistance, jump starts, flat-tire support, or fuel delivery from Admill Vehicles Recovery LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The customer warrants that they are the registered owner of the vehicle or possess legal authority from the owner to authorize towing, winching, unlocked access, or transportation. Our operators reserve the right to request proof of identification or vehicle registration.
For safety during high-speed highway breakdowns, drivers and passengers must follow operator safety directions, remain behind protective road guardrails, and keep hazard lights illuminated while awaiting recovery vehicle arrival.
Towed vehicles will be delivered to the exact location specified by the customer. Any change of destination during transit may incur additional distance charges.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
