What planned car transport is
Planned car transport is a move you book in advance: the car is not stranded, it just needs to reach another address without being driven. That covers new and used car deliveries, service-centre runs, storage moves, home relocations and non-running cars.
Because both ends are known before the truck leaves, Admill Vehicles Recovery can match the bed to the car, check access and agree a collection time.
Some cars cannot be dragged onto any truck. Tesla's owner's manual says a Model 3 should travel with all four tyres off the ground, ideally on a flatbed with an eight-point wheel tie-down. Lamborghini's Huracán STO handbook asks for the whole car to be loaded and warns against towing with one axle lifted.
Some moves start with paperwork. When a car's registration is transferred from Dubai to another emirate, the RTA cancels the Dubai registration and the car is unfit for road circulation in Dubai until registered elsewhere, so it is usually carried rather than driven.
Flatbed or enclosed
Two methods cover most planned moves: an open flatbed, or one of Admill's seven registered enclosed (box) units. Dispatch recommends one from the model, its ride height and where it is parked.

Loading angle decides it for low cars. An AAA guide for the Lexus LFA lists 4.3 inches of clearance and a 7.0° approach angle against a typical 13–17° flatbed angle, so extra ramping is needed. Maserati's MC20 guidelines ask for a bed inclination under 8° and a truck at least 2 metres wide.

Port and export handovers
When a car is leaving the UAE, Admill Vehicles Recovery can carry it to the port or to your shipping agent's yard on the agreed date, so it is not driven on the way.
RTA Dubai issues a certificate to export a vehicle outside the UAE through its vehicle registration services. Check with your shipping agent which documents travel with the car and who receives it at the gate.
